oh man! where do i begin? e-mail team, go on avail? it does not sound right (daw ka wrong bla haw).. e-mail team nga di ba! when there are calls on queue, we take calls and on downtime we process emails (email lang pahinga namin? pahinga ba yun?).. they flag us like crazy if we do not go on avail immediately.. its not my habit to curse so i'm not going to start here.. they should get their act straight. and by the way, thank you for all the privileges that we are enjoying! please don't take them away.. pretty please.

grr..tlaga! buti nga kayo medyo last resort pa pero kami kung saan may queue un ung priority namin. gamit na gamit kami pare!!
