i've been with peoplesupport for exactly 3 years to date.. i lasted that long because the pay is okay and its hard to find a "real job". on the day that marks my 3rd year with the company i am contemplating about resigning. i need time off to think about this but i can't file for leave. if i opt to stay, i can apply for account transfer since applying for a higher position is not an option, i have to wait until november for my warning to slide down.
